How to cancel Hostinger without losing your domain, email or customers
Short answer: don’t cancel first. Build the replacement, check whether your email came with the plan, point your www address to the new site, then turn off auto-renewal. Canceling deletes the plan’s data.

Build the replacement before you cancel
Hostinger's help center warns that ending a service permanently deletes its data, so have the new site ready and download anything you want to keep first. Enter your current address on the simple a site. move page and review a private draft built from your public pages.
Check your business email
Hostinger notes that canceling a hosting plan that came with a free email trial also cancels that email. If your email runs on the plan, move it (or buy email separately) before you cancel. Source
Point your www address to the new site
Change only the website record for www. If your email lives elsewhere, leave its records (MX) alone so your inbox keeps working. Check the new site on your own address before going further.
Turn off auto-renewal
In the Hostinger dashboard, open Billing, then Subscriptions, and switch off auto-renewal for the plan. It stays active to the end of the period you paid for, then ends. Source
Inside 30 days? Ask for the refund
Hostinger's refund policy covers hosting products canceled within 30 days of purchase, through the Refund button on your paid invoices. Domains are generally not refundable. A refunded service ends right away and its data is erased. Source
What it costs to stay

Covered hosting is for ordinary informational and service-business websites. Stores, memberships, and custom booking systems may need another solution.
