Email support@simpleasite.com with “Security report” in the subject. Say what you found, the page or address where it happens, and the steps to see it again.

Please do not send passwords, license keys, card numbers or anyone’s private information. If you came across someone else’s data, tell us that it happened, not what it said.

Our support team confirms we have your report within one business day.

We check it, fix what is real, and tell you when it is fixed. If customers were affected, we tell them too.

We do not run a paid bug bounty.

• Open, change or delete anyone else’s websites, messages, orders or account.
• Slow the service down or flood it with traffic or messages.
• Trick our team or our customers into giving you access.
• Share the problem publicly before it is fixed.
