Venues, party rentals and equipment

A venue website that turns dates into requests.

Rates by the hour, day or event, add-ons like setup, the dates requested with every inquiry, and your rental terms. Requests arrive with the estimate, and you confirm availability and the deposit.

  • Rates by hour, day or event
  • Setup, delivery and other add-ons, each priced
  • Dates requested with every inquiry

$129 once. Covered hosting $0. No monthly plan.

Domain registration is separate. Covered hosting is for ordinary business websites, including the built-in menus, shops, bookings and order requests. Large stores with inventory systems, memberships and custom apps may need another solution. 14-day money-back guarantee.

Common questions

How do I check if my date is open?

Send the date, the address, and what you would like to rent.

Do you deliver and set up?

Ask when you reach out and share the address and the kind of space, such as grass, pavement, or indoors.

Where are you located?

500 County Road 12.

When are you available?

By appointment, Mon–Sat 9 AM–6 PM.

How do I book?

Call (555) 014-9077. It helps to have the date, the address, and what you would like to rent ready.

Check a date

Share the date, the address, and what you would like to rent.

A phone number or an email, so we can reply. We use it for nothing else.

The questions every renter asks first

Is it free on my date, how many people fit, and what will it cost? Your venue page answers two of the three before anyone calls: capacity and rates are right there, by the hour, the day or the event. The renter picks the space or the items, adds setup or a damage waiver, and sends the date they want.

You receive the request with every choice and the estimated total, then check your calendar and reply. Nothing is held until you confirm, and your note about deposits says so before they send.

Halls, tents, tables and trailers

The same kit fits a community hall, a barn wedding venue, a party rental company with bounce houses and tables, or a trailer and tool rental yard. Each item gets photos, its rate and unit, and the add-ons that apply to it. A delivery fee covers drop-off and pickup in the areas you serve.

Rental terms, cleaning expectations, cancellation windows and deposits sit next to the request, written by you, so nobody is surprised later.

Built for inquiries, not instant checkout

Venues and rentals depend on dates and details that a person should look at. This page collects good, complete requests; it is not a booking engine that holds dates on its own.

Couples, party planners and office managers often compare three or four venues in one evening. The one that answers with rates, capacity and photos on a phone, then asks for the date in a single form, is the one that gets the first message. A wedding season can turn on that.

Questions owners ask

Does the website block dates that are already booked?
No. Every inquiry is a request. You check your calendar and confirm; nothing is held until you do.
Can I charge for setup or delivery?
Yes. Add-ons such as setup or a damage waiver carry their own price, and a delivery fee is added when the renter chooses delivery.
How do I show capacity?
Put it on the item, for example a tag that reads Up to 120 guests, and in the description.
Can I take a deposit online?
You can link an item to your own payment page for a deposit. Otherwise you confirm the deposit with the renter directly.
