Monthly Plan Terms

These terms cover our monthly plans: Care, Growth, Ads management, Social posts and Email newsletter. Clients who already have one of our earlier plans (Care Plus, Local SEO Pro or Growth Partner) keep it under these same terms. They sit alongside our Master Services Agreement.

1. Price, billing and renewal

1.1 Each plan is billed monthly in advance, on the same day each month, to the card or bank account you save. The price, what's included and the billing date are shown before you start and in the confirmation we email you.

1.2 Plans renew every month until you cancel. Plans have no minimum term, except the earlier Local SEO Pro and Growth Partner plans, which have a 3-month minimum because search work takes time to show; we say so before you start.

1.3 Months included with a website package are free; we remind you 14 days before they end, and a paid plan starts only if you choose one.

1.4 We give 30 days' notice of any price change.

1.5 If we agree a yearly prepayment with you, its price and dates are in writing first, and it renews only if you agree when we remind you 30 days before it ends.

2. Cancelling

2.1 Cancel any time from your project page in one step, or by emailing us. The plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for; there are no partial-month refunds. If you cancel during a minimum term, the remaining months of the minimum are due.

2.2 Your website stays up after you cancel: covered hosting is $0. Changes, reports, profile management and the other plan work stop.

2.3 If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, plan work pauses until it's paid.

3. Changes (Care, Growth and the plans that include them)

3.1 Each plan includes a number of minutes of changes a month (shown on the plan). Unused minutes don't carry over. Changes are things like editing words, swapping photos, updating hours, prices and staff, adding a section or a page, or adding a page from a layout we already have.

3.2 New features, redesigns and new pages beyond your plan's allowance are quoted as a change order first.

3.3 Reply times are in business days (Monday to Friday, Central time, excluding US federal holidays). If your site is down, we start within 4 business hours.

4. Google Business Profile, reviews and local search

4.1 You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile; you add us as a manager. We post, update, answer questions and reply to reviews in your business's voice, following the plan's allowances.

4.2 We give your customers the same request for a review whatever they think of you. We never write reviews, pay for them, or filter out unhappy customers.

4.3 Google decides rankings, verification and suspensions. We don't guarantee positions, calls or results; we report what we did and what changed.

5. Ads management

5.1 Ads run in your own Google or Meta account, paid with your card. Ad spend goes directly from you to Google or Meta and is never part of our fee.

5.2 You approve each campaign's monthly budget in writing (your project page counts) before we launch it. We won't raise a budget without your OK.

5.3 Platforms can reject ads or suspend accounts; we'll help fix it but can't promise their decisions.

6. Social posts and newsletters

6.1 We write posts and emails from your news, offers and photos, and you can see them before they go out. They're sent from your own accounts and email tool, to people who agreed to hear from you.

7. Reports

7.1 You get a monthly report on the 1st: visits and calls from your site, your profile's numbers where we have access, reviews, work done, and what we suggest next.

8. Ending access

8.1 When a plan ends, you can remove our access from your accounts at any time; we'll tell you how. If you ask, we'll remove ourselves.
