Referral Terms

Thank you for sending people our way. Here's how referrals work.

1. How a referral counts

1.1 You get a personal link. A referral counts when a business that isn't already talking to us comes through your link (or gives your name) and pays for a website package within 90 days.

1.2 If two people refer the same business, the first link they used counts.

2. Your reward

2.1 For each referral that counts, you get the reward shown on your referral page: as a credit toward anything we sell (applied to your next invoice or plan), or as a cash payment if you prefer.

2.2 The reward is earned 30 days after the business's first package payment, once refunds and disputes can no longer reverse it. If their payment is refunded or reversed, the reward is cancelled.

2.3 For cash rewards we need a W-9 form before paying. Credits need nothing.

3. Doing it right

3.1 If you mention us publicly (social posts, a review, a blog), say that you get a reward for referrals.

3.2 Please don't send messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you, or make promises about our prices or results. You can't sign anything for us.

3.3 Use our name and logo only as we provide them.

4. Changes

4.1 We may change or end the referral program with 30 days' notice. Referrals that already count are still paid.

4.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
